Apply our heat protection serum to damp or dry hair before brushing and styling with heat. For thin, fine hair types, use 2 to 3 drops, focusing on your ends, and for thicker, frizzier hair types, apply 4-5 drops or as required to smooth and condition your dry ends. Alternatively, you can massage our Scalp & Hair Health Serum into your scalp and ends as a pre-wash treatment. Leave in for at least 30 minutes or up to 2-3 hours and wash hair as normal. Be sure to use our Sozo Hair Health Shampoo generously and double shampoo your scalp if you have applied our scalp and hair serum as a pre-wash treatment. Then finish your hair wash with our Hair Health Conditioner or Hair Mask.
