During the hand packing process, we do our very best to make sure every order is exactly what you are expecting. However, if your order has arrived damaged or it is incorrect, we will certainly make it right and send you exactly what you purchased.
Our formulas have been carefully created with a range of all-natural ingredients. However, we always recommend that you check the ingredient list of each product and our full Ingredient Glossary before making your purchase, especially if you have known sensitivities to certain ingredients. If you do experience any type of medical reaction, please contact us immediately with photographs of your condition and consult a medical professional. If your situation is verified, we will provide you with a full refund. When a refund is provided for this type of situation or under any other circumstance, you will be required to return your products within 14 days of delivery and cover the cost of shipping. Once we have received your returned items, we will then issue your refund.
We do not provide any refunds or returns for our Bamboo Microfibre Hair Towel, Detangling Brush, or travel or sample size products.
Knowing your hair health results can be impacted by a variety of factors, including health conditions, softness of water and use of other styling and hair products, we do not provide refunds or money back guarantees for a change of mind.
