AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We love to give you, our Australian customers, FREE express shipping; however, you must meet the free shipping threshold. All Sozo Hair Health orders over $120 qualify for FREE express shipping in Australia. However, if your order value is less than $120, you will receive a small shipping fee of $8 at the checkout.

All Australian orders will be shipped with StarTrack, unless you want your order to be delivered to a P.O. Box. In that case, we will ship your order with Australia Post. Please ensure you include a delivery address in your order details that is available for your package to be delivered during business hours. If you are not able to receive your order during business hours and your package is returned to a post office, we are not responsible for redelivery.

We do our very best to send out all orders on the same day if placed before 11am. Orders shipped with StarTrack Express are estimated to arrive within 3 business days of dispatch; however, parcels are commonly delivered by the next business day. All standard orders shipped with Australia Post are estimated to arrive within 2-4 business days from dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will include a specific shipping cost that will be calculated at the checkout based on the region or country you have selected. Please note, you, as the customer, will be responsible for paying for any additional duties and taxes associated with delivery to your specific country or region.

Delivery times for international orders are approximately 1-2 weeks, but will vary and depend on your specific delivery address. For more accurate delivery times and estimations, please refer to your order tracking number.
