Shampoo - Apply shampoo generously to wet hair, covering all areas of your scalp. Massage scalp, lather and rinse hair thoroughly. Before rinsing, allow shampoo to absorb into scalp and hair for one to two minutes if you have a problematic scalp. To maximise the benefits of our shampoo and remove build-up of hairstyling products, repeat this process as needed.
Conditioner - After using our Hair Health Shampoo, generously apply conditioner, as required, from the roots to the ends of wet hair. Massage and remove by rinsing hair thoroughly. Allow conditioner to absorb into scalp and hair, before rinsing, for one to two minutes.
Hair Mask - After shampooing, use our mask in place of our Hair Health Conditioner at least once a week. To maximise the benefits of this mask, apply to both scalp and hair and leave in for up to 30 minutes, then rinse out thoroughly. Alternatively, for a shorter treatment, apply our mask in the shower and leave in for a couple of minutes, followed by a thorough rinse.
Bamboo Microfibre Hair Towel - Always wash your Bamboo Microfibre Hair Towel before your first use. After washing your hair with our Sozo Hair Health products, gently press the microfibre towel into wet hair to absorb excess water. Next, lean your head forward, allowing your hair to fall naturally. Place your towel on top of your head, gather your hair under the towel, then gently twist, lift your head up and secure with the elastic band located on the back of your towel. Leave for at least 15 minutes or as long as you require before brushing and styling.
Detangling Hairbrush - Once you’ve used our Bamboo Microfibre Hair Towel to dry off your hair, then use our Sozo Detangling Hairbrush. To detangle knots easily and limit as much hair breakage as possible, always start by gently brushing your ends first then work your way up to your roots until all knots and tangles have been removed. Always take care and be gentle when brushing, especially when detangling wet or damp hair as this is when hair is most fragile.
Scalp & Hair Health Serum - Apply our heat protection serum to damp or dry hair before brushing and styling with heat. For thin, fine hair types, use 2 to 3 drops, focusing on your ends, and for thicker, frizzier hair types, apply 4-5 drops or as required to smooth and condition your dry ends. Alternatively, you can massage our Scalp & Hair Health Serum into your scalp and ends as a prewash treatment. Leave in for at least 30 minutes or up to 2-3 hours and wash hair as normal. Be sure to use our Sozo Hair Health Shampoo generously and double shampoo your scalp if you have applied our scalp and hair serum as a pre-wash treatment. Then finish your hair wash with our Hair Health Conditioner or Hair Mask.
