meet you! I’m
Isabella, Sozo Australia’s founder. I was born, raised and still currently live on the beautiful
Gold Coast. I started Sozo Australia with a passion to provide you with the
highest quality, all-natural and Australian made haircare products, as well as an easy online shopping experience and a community of people with shared values. This community is our Sozo Australia family and we're excited to welcome you! In everything we do,
you, our customers,
are our greatest priority. I am also very familiar with the pain of purchasing something online that you discover is poor quality and not what you expected once it’s been delivered to your doorstep. So, we, at Sozo Australia, are determined to provide you with only the BEST.
In 2019, I started to rapidly lose my hair after being diagnosed with type one diabetes, which actually sparked my passion for natural haircare. I quickly noticed that the products in the haircare market were full of harmful chemicals, despite their labels claiming they were made with natural ingredients. This motivated me to create my own all-natural haircare solutions, ultimately leading to our Australian developed and made Sozo Hair Health products.
Throughout my life, I’ve been blessed to travel the world and discover many different countries and cultures. These experiences have shown me the importance of providing locally designed and manufactured products to my fellow Aussies and consumers worldwide. Not only am I passionate about Australian made products, but I also want to assure you that our Hair Health range is entirely made of natural ingredients. When we say natural, we really mean natural! You deserve to achieve your best hair results without the harsh chemicals and hidden nasties.
Hair health and helping you to experience your healthiest scalp and hair naturally is so important to me because, as I've discovered, a hair transformation is a long term and continuous journey. So I'd love to join you throughout every step of your journey! In addition to healthy hair tips and education, I also enjoy sharing realistic hair tutorials on our socials that anyone can try at home, especially as someone who loves all things hair and has grown up teaching herself how to style hair.

I love the definition of the word ‘Sozo’. This single word means to make new and whole, to love, to make joyous, to be made pure and to heal. Sozo Australia is a company that is driven by this definition and that is why we want to provide you with a unique and outstanding consumer experience, as well as play our small part in giving back to our community. We value the support we receive from you, our customers, and want to use this support to assist in healing lives around the world.
